taking a chance on good health

Well I appreciate the feedback I got on the previous blog. I received some sound advice that would of swayed me in my decision...however it came too late. I choose to not get a flu shot...Jen my RN had me convinced but came to late in the day. Oh well here is to living like a cavewoman. I better start pumping the vitamins and workouts more.
