Columbus - I know Christopher didn't discover this place

I have to say I really didn't get to embrace the south as much as I had planned. First the weather was not that cooperative - rain, sleet and cold temperatures. My pictures are all indoors and in the house. No Piggly-Wiggly, no Bama BBQ and no redneck run-ins. I call this my "dry" run. I did however have a delightful time with the kids. CADman is crazy fun, he really likes the word "NO" and "stars". He also runs really fast in his diaper and t-shirt (very Tom Cruise in Risky Business). Tab and Er are good - trying to embrace the life of a solider and solider wife. I managed to eat at a Waffle House - Denny's and IHOP don't have nothing on this grease joint. I learned tons about the Infantry within our military - we visited the Museum of Infantry on Ft. Benning Army Base. Tab and I managed to drive Eric crazy with our normal 100 mile hour banter and indecisiveness (our master plan). We drove around the 12 exits "city" and went threw 4 base check points.
