"In Case Of Emergency"

Yesterday was a day of days...I cracked 2 teeth earlier in the week (eating beef jerky - good jerky!) I called a dentist referred by my boss and made the earliest appointment. I arrived at the dentist and filled out the paper work and at the bottom it asked for an emergency contact...I paused, thought and continued to the medical history section. After filling that out I returned back to the emergency section - I realized I didn't have anyone within several hundreds of miles. I pondered some more and then decided to leave it blank because I couldn't think of anyone here. The dentist numbed half my face and patched 2 teeth and said I needed to come back before Christmas to finish the work. While walking back to the office tapping my numb tingling lip I realized I have a new mission to find "My In Case Of Emergency" person I am giving myself till my birthday to fill the position if there are any recommendations or suggestion please let me know. The criteria has not been set.
