sensing a theme

You know I am on-line "dating" well over the past few months I have had several dates. Some of them I have shared but recently I am sensing a theme ... several have been very persistent and then suddenly they drop off and return with something along these lines...

"...Something came up in my life,  and I don't think it's a good time for me to meet or be with somebody.  Sorry for trying.  You're a beautiful woman. - HIS NAME"

I got this one yesterday.

Now I stop and wonder and try to determine what that life stopping "thing" is...so far...

• a close death
• career stress
• EX - reappears
• their children need additional attention
• they witnessed a murder and have to be placed in protective custody
• they contracted a terrible rash and they must be placed in a bubble
• they lost their "MOJO" and can't be found
• there childhood Boy Band is getting back together and they can't be in a relationship now
• OR...they just aren't into me; hence the "you're a beautiful woman" closing remark

I'm going with the protective custody or Boy Band.
