GOOD!!!
So I am testing out a theory.
When one's life isn't roses maybe smell someone elses. That being said, I am asking anyone who reads this to tell me something GOOD.
I don't care how large or small it is...just tell me.
I need to hear about the good things.
I am under the belief that if you hear all the good things around you, then your world maybe altered for the better.
It's kind of a karma approach.
EXAMPLE: a friend ran 5 miles today without stopping
Now your turn - let me hear it!!!

Tuesday will be 4 yrs for Chris and I + he got a bonus from work so we are going out to party
Today I swam 1000 meters. HUGE for me! Alot of it was without stopping each way. Super proud. I think I just might be becoming a swimmer and I LOVE it.
This didn't happen today... (today = I took my 5th Bikram Yoga class, stretched further, feel stronger, feel more grounded)... but on TUESDAY - I was trained by World Savvy as a volunteer judge for their annual World Savvy Challenge that brings youth together to both identify and provide solutions to a global issue. This year's theme: Sustainable Communities. That's all they get, then they have to identify a "problem" in the world, research it and work on a potential solution that can be applied locally, nationally, and globally. A friend brought me to this event and I left feeling excited and hopeful for the next generation - I can't wait to see what they've come up with. As I hope your karma blog will continue - I'll report back. :)
But I'll add one more (selfish moment) and say - one good thing is I was on Facebook at the time that you posted and reminded of your strength and your loyalty and your dedication and your support. I hope GOOD does come to you today - even if in peanut butter on a spoon form. Or HGTV. Just sayin.
I taught Erica to say "hustle daddy, hustle!" it cracks me up every time.
I sewed four pillow covers and they came out perfectly! I'm beyond ridiculously excited about them. And no meltdown occurred.
My good news -- a certain chunky monkey and I are coming to visit you next weekend!!!
Its Friday:)
We had the "talk" with the boys and it was not an epic fail. Even though Xander said, "i hope you guys don't do that, that's just gross!!" Love you fullykins!!
We went on a hike yesterday and it not only looked beautiful outside, but it smelled like heaven, too (that is, as long as your heaven smells like eucalyptus and other plant life...) :-)
