craigslist

I would like to say that I'm pretty smart and able to fend for myself. I have been on the hunt for a writing desk. Last night I found one on craigslist. After several emails with "TRB" we made arrangements.

The desk was about 45mins away at a storage unit. I was to meet "TRB - aka Todd" at 3:15 with cash. Simple.

The exchange was easy breezy. I met Todd and his brother at the storage unit. Picked up my desk and moved it into my home.

On my way home I was telling my mom about the purchase. It dawned on me that I should have made plans with caution. I didn't tell anyone, I didn't take anyone or even research the location.

I should have a CSI hat on when buying or dealing outside of WalMart/Target.

Anyway...I heart my desk.
