This is what I find funny...well not so much but I keep telling myself it is really funny.
It is getting to that time of year where in the minds of singles it is time to mate...I refer to it as "mating season": mid-September to early November. We realize that summer is over and fall/holidays are just around the corner; it is time to find a warm body.
Well, from time to time I get these emails from a dating website, "Carrie, their is someone on ___ that we would like you to meet. You have a high compatibility score, please visit them at ...".
So today, I click on the invitation and the match was fairly attractive in MY mind (not out of my league...very much the same field - 5'9, stocky, bald, facial hair, divorced, 34 - your average guy). I would even say that I could be considered the "pretty" one in the match :).
Well, within an hour I received an email back...I thought to myself - "nice, quick response...bonus!"
This is the email I got back, "Sorry! ..... did not grant you permission to view his match compatibility" AND a note/explanation "thanks, but no thanks."
SERIOUSLY...but come on now...normally this doesn't bother me, but it's mating season - it's GO time people.
Yes, I know I am a catch, a great girl, a dominate force of dynamic energy...but what is it going to take for it to register w/ a member of the opposite sex that is not "Mr. Lurch" or "That GUY".
Anyway...the saga continues.

Wow, that is harsh. The rudeness of his reply says a lot more about him than about you (whom he has never met!!)
That's...beyond surprising. I think he deserves to be cold all winter long.
