Chef Challenge DC - a hungry cause

Most of you don't know that I have a couple passions. One of them is volunteering at a local homeless food kitchen (www.miriamskitchen.com) I have been volunteering there since January; it is a great organization a way to break up my normal volunteering. Prior to the Labor Day holiday I was asked by one of the chef's (John Murphy) to come out to a cooking competition demonstration. Well I knew I was going to be in the area after a long ride with some friends. I said "yes"; well as you watch the video you will see a glimpse of me. I wish I could say the food was delicious but it was strickly for show. Check out the contest and organization. It was a deliciously good time.
