Every summer for 6 weeks on the National Mall a movie is shown at sundown. Last summer I failed to go to any screening. This summer I almost repeated my failure...ALMOST. Last night a group of mid-single people went to see "SUPERMAN".
I had committed to attend with a couple girls but the bailed last minute. Being the social risk taker that I am I went alone. It was an unseasonable cool night, down right chilly for August. We had a great section staked out. The people who at the event were kind and only one stocker-like person...good odds for a mid-singles activity. As you can see the view was pretty cool - back drop - The Capitol.
The movies started out with an old Bugs Bunny cartoon and then the movie commenced. GOOD TIMES for me. Too bad it is over for the year...hmmm I guess I'll look towards the 2009 season.

So did the GOOD TIMES have to do strictly with the movie, or with the company?
It was the movie location...company...still debateable.
