Over the summer I had the privilege to live with a lovely girl from Ukraine - Alisa (29, 5'2 petite). Over the summer I gathered lots of information on her...you know I love 20 questions. Well in my findings she disclosed that she had never learned how to drive. Not ever get behind the wheel of a vehicle. I promised her that before she left DC I would teach her how to drive. So her 2ND to last night prior to leaving I took her to the local church parking lot and we had her first driving experience. She has so petrified that I giggled quiet a bit. She had no concept of what "gas" and "brake" were. I could hardly comprehend. She did a fantastic job and managed not to hit a single curb.
