Old Friends...

make good friends...but keep the old...one is silver and the other's gold...talk about a walk down memory lane. I have the privilege to see two old friends from high school while in Utah. Jen and Julie - both part of the dove-a-tivity club...long story, but the movie "Man From Snowy River and Dove chocolates" play a huge part.

Jen and I surprised Julie at her Kaysville home; Julie knew I was coming but didn't know about Jen. It was a great surprise. Both of them are doing AWESOME! We chatted about the old times and caught up on current events. Jen is a nurse and working to be the next Carol from ER. Julie is a mommy of 4 (2 boys and 2 girls).

We hope one day to bring the whole old gang back together but for now we are just enjoying that we have each other. Sappy but true.
