full house

Most of you know I live in a large house with 4 other girls...breathe we each have our own room and lives. Last night was an excellent case in point. I came home after a quick bite to eat with a co-worker (not planed or wanted...blog later) and feeling crummy to my surprise every single person was home (very rare) and in their rooms. I thought about making a little noise to see if I could stir a little conversation but felt like it would not be successful so I resorted to a girly ritual and took a bath. Now I am generally am a shower kind of girl but I knew the tub was clean (I cleaned it) so I felt like the change was good. After that I was in my room piddling around finding it very amusing that I live in a house with 4 girls everyone is home and it felt like I was in a library. Everyone lives very different lives and 99.9% socially gravitates to things outside "the home". I hope that it won't be that way forever or a normal way of life; but definitely prepares me to be non attached to things or people I come in contact with daily. Sounds almost cold hearted when describing it; but I must say each housemate is kind, I'm sure loving and extremely respectful of privacy - sometimes I think to much. Is that possible?
