no thanks...

Well it is that time of year; sweatpants come out, belts get moved down a notch, pants get unbuttoned and afternoon naps become a mandate. Today in my office we had a HUGE pot luck with so many dishes your eyes didn't know which direction to look. Next thing you know your in line with an empty plate and at the end it is overflowing with so many one scoops of different food that you become at a loss. After we all dished up I noticed not a single person with authority or seniority said a thing. I thought for a moment that someone should have said something but I chose not to say anything in fear of it not being PC. But after the last bite of sweet potato casserole several of us sat there in a mild food coma. Now I sit at my desk wondering when I should leave and start my weekend of over-eating, football (GO UTAH!), watching Pride and Prejudice (long distance shout out to Sarah and Mer) and shopping (help the economy).
