This morning I was walking to the gym (6:00 AM) and as I was making my stroll through the mall there were several "gamers" sitting in front of the video game store. Now at first I thought they were just riff-raff but then it dawned on me today was the release of Halo 3. I got quite a kick out of this scene and laughed to myself.
Now for a majority of girls this is a roll of the eyes. Several of us have been given the brush off for an evening out due to this game. I believe there are several of us who have heard, "can't come tonight, it is halo night with the guys." SERIOUSLY!! I believe that Wendy-girl has even been blown off bearing food to the injured due to this game.
When will the madness stop ... or are we missing the boat? Should we give this game a chance and join the "gamers" of the Halo world? Maybe this is our ticket to eternal bliss.
