Hours vs. Miles

You know one of the things that I think is so crazy about living on the east coast is how close everything is and it is based on time not distance. For instance I had a lunch appointment in Deleware yesterday...Deleware, it sounds so far but really it is only 2 hours away. SO my boss and I drove up there had a business lunch and then drove back down. During lunch I found out that Philadelphia is only 35 more minutes away!!! Crazy...on the west coast drive 2 hours in SoCal and you aren't even close to another state just driving through another suburb. Anyway I guess this is just another great novalty about living on the east coast.
