Year-End Review 2013

Coming to a close and during my holiday trip to UT I was asked a series of "what's next Carrie?" questions. To be honest I haven't thought that far, tried to just focus on decompressing and recapping the last year's highs and lows.

Here goes with my list...
A decent birthday
Domestic travel - CA, SC, NC, LA, PA, NY, NV, VA & MD
Celebration of multiple births (niece - June, a few friends and colleagues)
Bridesmaid for my halal Tracy
Passing of my beloved LoLa (dog/companion)
Biked hundreds of miles
LBC reunion - Vegas, baby!
Ran the Army 10 miler
Promotion - director of national development
Dropped and gained a few LBs
Dozens of dates - stories that make a couple thankful they have each other
Witnessed a friend go through and conquer breast cancer
Helped a good friend adopt a dog
Cried, laughed, prayed, cursed, bonded, soloed, and rocked

That was 2013...now 2014 - as usual, time will only tell
