We live in a day where you can publicize every single detail/emotion of your life. Doing so leave your life's windows, doors, and fences open. Which may "entitle" others the "right" to interject their thoughts and behaviors publicly. I suppose that is a price you pay when you use social media to communicate to friends, family, colleagues, acquaintances, admires, employers, and past/present/future loves.
I wonder if we reverted to the old ways of communication - would life be simpler, less complicated, closer bonds, deeper connections, unique vocabulary, less exposure. Or do we live in this time period because we MAY BE insecure and seek validation via social media. Hence my blog post app on my iPhone. I find irony in shameless self publications; we match calm we seek privacy but the truth is we desperately just want public acceptance, acknowledgement, viral hugs/words of encouragement (without direct asking) of our single-being livelihood.
You should never assume there are barriers; everyone has some connection to you when your life is viral. So, you cant be surprised at individual opinions or behaviors are displayed publicly.
I am at an age of learning how to cherish text, emails, blogs, Facebook postings, voicemails, and all things electronic.
Thank goodness I wasn't born during the renaissance - couldn't fill out the corset top or write fast enough.
