Saturday was a special day...it was the kick-off for my TEAM Cancer ride. I wasn't go to do another 100-mile ride but in November a friend from college Sylvia lost her father to Leukemia. After talking with her we have decided to both join TEAM and do it in his honor!
I "LOVE" Sylvia for allowing me the opportunity to fight this disease in her father's honor. One year I hope that I won't know anyone affected by this terrible disease.
