Now...most of you may know this about me...if not brace yourself. My mouth can say fowl things from time to time. It is not something I am proud of and some words I don't consider offensive (hell or shit)...BUT...that is just me. Now, two words I really try to refrain from and even dislike hearing(G-D D--M and F--K). Well yesterday was a miserable day full of HUGE work problems and staff annoyances. This is not an excuse for my mouth, but I let the "F" word fly beyond belief; either under my breathe, at my computer reading updates, in brainstorm conversations, updates to internal and external people...you name it, it was said. By the end of the evening I reflected on my tongue and felt crappy. I know times can get really sour but I should be able to not go down that road of expression.
So, today as I arrived in the office ready to continue working on this miserable problem and in light of my personal beliefs I made a vow publicly to 2 co-workers (one Mormon and the other my counter partner). Every time I say the "F" word - and they hear it, I will pay each of them $5.
Heaven help me!

it is a fowl word you are right. It is wierd to think you used it so lightly yesterday. Well we are all not perfect, good luck on your goal
