SURPRISE - 4th of July

Well last weekend I got a bug and bought a last minute ticket home to Utah...I wanted to be taken care of and see my family. SORRY to those that I did not call or see in Utah. I flew in on Friday mid-day and flew back to DC on Monday. It was well a complete surprise to my family. I called my mom from the SLC airport and surprised the rest of my family at lunch. GOOD TIMES!!!

We watched the fireworks at Surgarhouse Park...Paige and Chase loved them. Jason picked out a killer location and the crowds were perfect.

On Saturday we met up with Emily and her family at a train museum and then had a little DQ. Apparently trains are the new it thing for kids ... WHO KNEW?

Everyone (but me) rode on this little train around the park...I believe the picture speaks volumes. I kind of giggled at the sight.

Later that day we went swimming at this killer indoor pool - great water slide and toys for all ages. Paige was sporting the bikini Tabitha and I bought her last year (totally still in style).

Chase had such a good time; that he cute his head and was pulled out of the pool - he was pretty rough on the slide. That ended our swimming, luckily he need no stitches.

Sunday, I tried to go to one of my dear friend's baby blessings but got locked out of the house...(too long of a story). (Gina - promise to meet Anderson soon.) Later that night I ended up having dinner with the Sarah and her pork chops...the boys are growing so fast. I have to say the whole family is adorable.

Monday, I was able to do a little work and have one last family meal before going back east. I did some site visits and took Chase along with the bribe of ice cream at the end.

Checked in on my brother (Bubba) and the newlyweds (Jenn & Chris) - all doing well.
