Last night I took the opportunity to go a ball game last night with a group of mid-singles. It was the Mets vs Nationals...the seats...well you couldn't get and higher then ours. However the park is very nice and they let you bring in food...so one large bag of shelled peanuts, a protein bar and a water and you've got heaven. The crowd wasn't too entertaining to watch but the game held my attention for about 4 innings. The Mets were beating on the Nats pretty hard till the 6th inning and then tied it and upped them by 3 with a grand slam. Now one would think I would stay till the end but given my work load and the abundant amount of peanuts eaten I was ready to leave by the 7th inning stretch. I got home and found out the won 10 to 5...who knew; a guy that I was sitting by said they would win by 10 I laughed and almost bet him something...good thing I didn't take the challenge.
